Wonderful place, it was fairly clean and had extremely friendly staff in member of staff. The twin room was new-fashioned, included a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and bathrobes. The location was unbeatable and fantastic, in general everything was well maintains, it's a plus.

The location of the property was great and unbeatable, close to a Shopping Center. Having breakfast with breads and pastries was a nice bonus. I was so close to the restaurants and a historical building in the Customs Square completed in 1949 by Sir Charles Belgrave.

Check-in took about 30 minutes-- NO hot water in the shower for more than 8 hours!! And no compensation offered!! I thought Kimpiniski Hotels were at a higher standard--especially for the high price paid.

Nicely furnished, fashionable rooms with 2 bed instead of 1 king size bed. Breads and pastries served for breakfast.

The hotel was a great base for my trip. I had a very good stay during the weekend and I'm glad I chose this hotel. the restaurant was comfortable, with a fine breakfast buffet and delicious local-style meats at night.
